We hired Tobi Brockway to help with renovations to a townhouse that we own in Niagara-on-the-Lake. Tobi’s professionalism, recommendations and work quality went beyond our expectations. This reno involved a completely new kitchen, bathrooms and flooring. We encountered more than we planned for, due to water damage, and Tobi was there to see it through. Her choices in cabinetry, products, fixtures, etc. were completely in line with our tastes and budget and we are completely happy with the final outcome. As we built our new home, Tobi gave us creativity, enthusiasm, and knowledge along with concrete ideas. She supported us by reviewing plans before the basement was dug right through to the floor plan and furniture purchases for the living room. She offered us sub-contractors and supplier contacts, with no obligations, for us to consider. Most were more reasonably priced than we were able to find ourselves. Tobi told us several times, it was her job to make sure we still liked our interior design in 10 years. Her feedback and opinions kept us away from fads and ensured we created a classic/elegant lake house. We are very appreciative!
